What We Do
At People of Potential, we offer individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities direct care services. At this time, we are only contracted to provide services to individuals on the Innovations Waiver. Participants are given one-on-one Providers to help build daily living skills both in the home and in the community. The services that we provide are:
Community NetworkingThis service allows individuals to be active in the community and helps them become better accustomed to day-to-day interactions in public settings. This service is only performed in a public setting.
Supported EmploymentThis service is for individuals that already have employment or are looking for work. We help develop the skills necessary for them to maintain their job , including helping with learning new job-related tasks as to ensure the individual is successful.

Community Living and SupportsThis service allows Providers to help individuals with goals in the community and the home. This service is completed in the home or community, depending on the individual's needs.
RespiteThis service allows the primary caregiver of an individual to deal with personal situations as well as giving the individual time away from home if needed.

Residential Supports Level 1-4
This service is for individuals that need the support of an Alternative Family Living (AFL) setting. The individual is still required to participate in services such as Community Networking and Supported Employment, depending on the individual's needs. The goal is to help individuals maintain their life skills and help them become more self-sufficient and independent.
